HCDC gets its’ first commercial real estate project underway with the cleanup of a 80,000 sqft facilty, located at 5335 Germantown Pk, Dayton. Once a commercial nursery, these buildings and abandoned greenhouses have fallen into disrepair, with several structures having collapsed over-time, posing unsafe conditions and adding to the blight in our community. HCDC has partnered with private parties to coordinate the cleanup and rehab efforts of this 7-acre facility and its’ buildings over the next several months, restoring the property to good use, and enabling the county to collect valuable tax revenue from the site once again!
